WORKING FOR SPIRIT
We cannot do our work on the physical plane without your help. For many years of Earth time, humanity has been bound by the Self. The time has come when humanity has decided to change. Many souls offered themselves as what many would term as light workers before their incarnation on the Earth plane.
The time has come when we are ready to assist humanity with the change and with the higher consciousness. However, when we need your help, many souls are running away. The Self is taking control. It is our intention to bring Heaven to Earth, in other words if change takes place in humanity, it will be possible for all on the Earth plane to experience the joy, peace and balance of what some would term Heaven, on the Earth plane.
We can assist you to do that, however, when we ask for your help, we need you to be there. Many of you in the past few Earth years have felt the calling to work with us but have either stalled doing so, or run away. We have sent teachers to help you, but you have seen these teachers as fearful people, when in fact they are mirrors for you, showing you what you do not want to see in yourselves. The measure of a good teacher is what they show you that you do not want to see in yourself.
In the next twelve Earth years, we will need many to help us if we are to do the work of bringing Heaven to Earth. What we have in the spiritual planes, you can have on Earth. We cannot do this alone though, it takes you on the Earth plane to assist us in the physical form. If you feel the calling, then ask to be led to one who can help you. Every soul on the Earth plane has intuition. There are some souls though who have a heightened intuition. These souls have usually had many previous lives where the intuition has been used. I am often asked, "Master, how can I work with you and the Masters?" and I tell those souls, you can do so, but by doing so one has to give up the Self. The Self is the logic, which is always giving you answers. It has an answer for everything, and it always feels that it is right.

YOU NEED TO LEARN TO TRUST US
For many of you, the struggle of the Self is a major battle in your life. For others, dedication to the cause of spirit is often a very hard road, which seems without reward. Many souls often think that working for spirit means instant answers and support and financial reward, when in fact it is often the opposite. Why is this?
Well, first of all when working for spirit one needs to learn to have faith. You can say "But I have faith" yet often one does not. The faith I talk about is the faith not to worry about anything and to trust in spirit to bring what you need into your life. To learn to trust, and to trust we in spirit to lead you and guide you. Often we make you wait, just to see if you have the patience to work with us. We in spirit have to make sure that you are true to us before we can trust you to work for us. To you, it seems as if we have deserted you, or that the rewards never come yet they do when you have proved yourself worthy.
Eight Earth years ago, my channel Margaret was removed from all she held dear and taken to another country removed from her family, friends and similar life. She chose to do this as part of her learning. Without the support of those whom she loved, she was on her own. Then began her training in every possible way. I cannot tell you the number of times she wanted to give up, but Peter Luke would persuade her to stay, then Peter Luke would want to give up and Margaret, through her crisis, would persuade Peter to stay. It was not easy for either of them. Something inside of them though knew, that one day it would get better.
Of course it did, and they are now through their training. Many of you are in your training as I write this message. Many of you are wondering if there is a spirit, do they care? Yes, we care, we care deeply. It pains us to watch you going through your training, but we have to do this because for one thing, you have asked us to do this for you in this incarnation, and secondly because it makes you a better person. Often at times of difficulty you cannot see the bigger picture. The Self cries out, "Why me! I am a good spiritual person, why am I suffering, why am I going through this?" You have chosen the difficulty. We only carry out the orders that you give us before you came to the Earth plane.
Usually a period of Earth time is allotted for you to do it alone, and then when this is not completed in the allotted Earth time, to work in with your spiritual development, we then create the situation in which you will learn and grow even more.
I know that many of you wish for money so that you can do your spiritual work. Yet many of you live in fear of money, in fear of having abundance, you long for it, yet you fear it. For many souls the idea of having money is not spiritual, yet, without money which is just energy, you cannot provide what you need in your life. I have said many times, money is just energy, nothing more. There is nothing wrong with having money, it is what you do with it that matters! A laborer is worthy of his hire!
If one labors, and gives energy, then there should be an exchange of energy. The cost of air travel is expensive, so is overseas accommodation and the expenses to do this, how would people pay for these things if they did not ask for an exchange of energy? For instance, how would Margaret and Peter finance the web site without remuneration? They would not be able to, and so my words and the web site would never be. If you could see the hours that Margaret and Peter Luke have channeled and spent on the web site, on their own, without assistance except from we in spirit, you would be astounded!
One of the questions asked of Margaret my channel is, "Why is the Master's course so expensive? Why do you charge for your readings and your services if you are spiritual?" Why should they not do this? The web site that many of you like so much would not have been possible without the money that they earned. They had nobody supporting them financially when it began, it cost them a lot of money in the beginning to set it up, yet they had faith and did it. The money they earned went straight back into the work. They did this for eight Earth years. The money they charged for the course paid for their airfares to travel to the USA to open the doors and train people there.
The channel for Maha Chohan would not be channeling him so well had she not been trained by Margaret until she was ready to go it alone. Many of the souls who were trained have done nothing with that training, others are leaping ahead in their work. It could not have happened though, had Margaret and Peter not earned the money to go. They have a worth on themselves, and that was one of Margaret's lessons, to learn to not only put a worth on herself, but to ask for it as well.
There is also the energy expended on the course and in the readings. Although Margaret is in a physical body, that body takes an incredible amount of our energy to enable you to be transformed on the course. Unfortunately, it means that a soul needs to be in the energy to make the changes. But that is the only way it can be done - through a channel.
The main point I want to write about to you is, that working for spirit is about dedication, with no thought of self, reward, or how hard the work is. The rewards do come later - you create them. It is also about stopping the questions and allowing the answers to come. So many of you write questions to me, which are obviously from the Self, why, how, what, whom? Why do you do this, is it because of fear? Yes it is. The Higher Self does not have to ask anything, it just accepts a situation as a lesson and moves on. The Self says, "But why did this happen? What will happen in the future?" etc. That is the difference.
In closing, I will say to all of you, you cannot reach the other side of the river until you have swam through the deep and often treacherous water. If you do so without fear, without question, you will get there so quickly. If you moan and groan and complain, it will take you a long time and you will sink. Which one do you want to take?
Remember, before the dawn there is the night, the darkness. Life on the spiritual path is in a way the darkness before the dawn. However, at the end of the path is the most brilliant light. It is worth the effort to walk there! Maitreya.

A SOUL IS BORN TO BE A CHANNEL
I was made aware by my channel that people are interested in knowing what is necessary to become a channel for the Masters. I wish I could say, "It just happens" but it is not as easy as that. A soul is born to be a channel. They chose before they are born, to work with the Masters, or one particular one.
Much work has to be done by the proposed channel before we can work through them. I have often been asked why I did not allow my channel Margaret to know before the year 1992 that I was to channel through her. This was only allowed to happen, for her to be told, after she had successfully completed stage one of her spiritual development.
Stage one lasted for seven Earth years. During this time we tested her in many ways to see how strong and determined she was. Many body changes had to take place on a spiritual and physical level. She herself experienced sensations, which she did not understand and were frightening to her. She was exposed to the dark forces of the planet to see if she would be swayed by them. It was during this time she learned to channel, and the Master Hilarion helped her with this. She was also exposed to people from all areas of life, many as her clients. This was to see how she reacted to different situations with people.
The next seven years of her development was connected to merging with me and learning how to raise her vibration to connect with me and the Ultimate Being. She was placed in situations where she had to face her worst fears, where she could not run away. Her testing became more intense, this time in financial areas to see how she reacted to money, and to working for money for the cause. No stone was left unturned, she was pushed, pulled, tried and tested and finally she achieved her graduation when she did her public channeling within the walls of the United Nations in June 1999.
The ensuing years have been preparing herself for the future work she will do with me in the public arena. She is almost there now. She has had to learn to say "No", to let go of all connected with the emotional body, so that she retain a detached and unbiased, unemotional viewpoint. Taking my energy has taken its toll on her physical body. Imagine taking one hundred thousand volts of electricity. That is what it is like when my energy courses through her body. Of course this is wonderful for those who receive it in her presence.
She, also with my assistance, removes negative energy from those she speaks with through her teaching, and through her readings. Many ask, "Why does this happen? Surely the Master would not allow you to suffer so when you take on that negative energy!" We have no choice, for many souls would not be able to move on spiritually, unless that negative energy is removed. It is a form of stigmata, and for those who take it on board, they provide the most wonderful service to souls who cannot remove it for themselves.
My channel becomes a surrogate, and takes the energy away from them to allow the light to shine in and to assist in raising their vibration. Only special channels do this, it earns much positive karma for those who do it. For those who do this work and go through the twenty years required for this development, the rewards are there at the end of the trials and tribulations that they need to go through. However, the reward only comes at the end of that time. For those who have wondered what it is like to be my channel, then you now know. The path to becoming a channel for a Master is arduous, tortuous and very hard. We have to be ruthless in the training.
The soul also has to learn to let go of their own will and listen only to our will. Many souls find this, the hardest of all things to do. For their Self will not let go. That is what is involved in becoming a channel. There is no glamour, no glory - just a lot of hard work and testing. Yet the finished product can be such a light in the world. PREPARING YOU FOR THE ENERGY OF A MASTER
I have often been asked, "Master, why de we need Spiritual Guardians and Guides and Masters?" Well, you need them because without them you would not be able to move forward spiritually. Our role with you is to move you forward, to place you in the situations you need to learn from. Provide the intuition, which will help to manifest this.
Can you imagine our dismay when we have spent a lot of energy getting you to a point where you can finally repay your karma, or make peace with an adversary, or repay a debt, which in spirit you have chosen to do before you were born, and you run away. Oh, the dismay I can tell you! We work so hard in our dimensions to enable you to grow. We know that YOU make choices, but a lot of energy is spent on you.
Your Guardians and your Guides take you through the first stages of your development, they prepare you for the energy of a Master. When you are ready, and this takes for you much Earth time and personal development, then a Master joins with your energy and you can truly begin your spiritual work. That is the purpose of these souls. It is as simple as that. There is nothing complicated about it.
We the Masters will not channel through you until you have proved your worth. This involves often, letting go of so many things. Letting go of the comfort zone and learning to do things Spirit's way. Letting go and allowing Spirit to work with you, not trying to do it yourself. It is a surrender towards the Higher Self.
We will never harm or hurt you neither will we manipulate you. We just wish to work with you. It can take as long as 20 Earth years before you are fully ready to accept a Master. All souls can do this, no matter how they enter the world, poor, rich, black, white, all are capable of union with a Master. Maitreya.

We will never harm or hurt you neither will we manipulate you. We just wish to work with you. It can take as long as 20 Earth years before you are fully ready to accept a Master. All souls can do this, no matter how they enter the world, poor, rich, black, white, all are capable of union with a Master. Maitreya.
HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU
I am often asked how communication can occur between the spiritual world and the soul. This is surprisingly not hard to do. For the majority of your life, the Self, which is the Mind is constantly on alert. It is your protector and never stops working in looking after you. It does not like change. If change occurs it will bring up all your fears, doubts, insecurities, all of the negative emotions to stop you from making change. Your Self knows you better than you know yourself.
You also have a Higher Self, this part of you is connected to the spiritual part of you. It is like a telephone line between you and us in the spiritual realms. However, imagine the telephone line having a huge boulder on it, stopping communication. This is what it is like when the Self is the controlling force. In order for us to communicate with you, we first of all need the Self to be occupied.
It may surprise many that my channel Margaret does not meditate, she never has. There has always been a communication line open despite her Self, between she and I. In the last few Earth years, we have become one, as she has freed herself of the Self's control. In the early days of her development we would communicate with her when the Self was occupied. This would be when she was doing her household chores. When she was ironing or cooking and cleaning, the Self was occupied in mundane tasks, very unaware of our presence. There are many who believe that it is imperative to meditate, that only true communication with spiritual realms can take place when this is happening. Many souls can meditate and enjoy doing so. For them it is the highlight of their day to sit and communicate with us. For others it becomes a struggle and a frustration and this should not be.
You cannot however communicate with us while you are all worried and anxious, racing around doing a hundred and one things. That will definitely not work. We need you to be relatively still, doing gardening, housework, medial or necessary work. You need to be occupied, even reading a book can enable us to communicate.
Tell us that you wish to communicate. You can call upon us as God, Divine Soul, Masters, whatever you wish to call and you feel comfortable with. For many years of Earth time Margaret my channel would call out when she was occupied "Hey you upstairs" it did not worry us, we knew then that she was ready to receive our information.
She received many, many communications when she was doing her ironing. It is simply a matter of having the Self occupied and allowing us to then communicate through the Higher Self. It is also important that you take heed of the messages coming through. Listen to the intuition and allow it to be.
Communicating with spiritual realms and learning to let go of the Self can take a period of Earth time before it is perfected. For some it will take time before they do communicate. For others, it will be instantaneous. This does not mean that you can stop working at clearing the Self, that work must go on, but you will find that the more you can allow the Higher Self access, the stronger it will become. When the Self is occupied it is not aware of anything but its allotted task. It is ignorant of the Higher Self and what is happening on that level.
The Secret to communication with us is to ask for our help.
When you ask, you will receive. Does not one of your holy books contain this saying? There will be many souls who will say they are not worthy of spiritual communication, Margaret my channel felt this way for many years because she had such a low opinion of herself. Of course she is no longer that way, we enabled her to change that, our teachings helped her plus her own work that she did on herself.
But I will tell you that NO soul is turned away. You are all special to us and we want to help you. You have to be willing to meet us half way. Try it and see what happens. A TRUE CHANNEL WANTS ONLY TO SERVE SPIRIT
I am often asked, "Why are there so many modalities of knowledge in the world? What should I follow? What is the truth and what is the false?" In order to answer this question I need to surprise you and state that there is no true or false, there is just what one resonates with. Each soul is at a level of vibration according to where they were in their past incarnation. As the soul goes higher in vibration, they begin to see more of the truth.
The truth is in their heart! On the lower planes of vibration the Self (Ego) is very prevalent, it will have you believing something is true because it does not want you to see the REAL truth. It is the same with those who channel. Many people who channel do not channel the Higher energies, their Self does this channeling. It is done on an ego basis.
Usually it has to do with control of the people it comes in contact with, the energy they originally channel may be quite high, but that energy will bring out their fear, doubt, insecurity, jealousy, etc, and the Self will use this as a tool to have people follow. The channel's fear then becomes the disciple's fear!
All that he/she projects energy wise will be mirrored and those who have the same fears and negative emotions will be drawn into that energy. Like attracts like. A true channel wants nothing more than to serve spirit. Yes, they may earn a living, but after taking what they need to live, they put all they have back into the work. They do not request large sums of money for services rendered, they do not manipulate and they do not denigrate.
For spirit will only speak of upliftment and give options of how to do things, spirit will never put one down or speak negative to one.
How can one change the world if one stays in the negative? Only positive thought can instigate change! Recently there have been a lot of people discussing DNA re-coding, many souls feel this is the answer to their prayers, instant change. However, there is no such thing as DNA re-coding! Only by changing YOU and your internal programming can you change YOUR subconscious programming, and when you do, it will then affect those around you and your descendents.
YOU have to do the work, there is no magic wand, no magic, only you working at removing what you have programmed yourself with in past incarnations. YES, healing energy can assist this growth, as also can flower essences, crystals, past life recall, and many other modalities, but YOU have to instigate these, you have to release the emotions connected with this.
I have said before every soul has their own TRUTH, but then one leaves the lower levels of consciousness behind and raises through their own work to the higher level of consciousness, especially to their merging with a Master's energy, then all those souls see the SAME truth! There is no more illusion, for only the Self sees and seeks illusion!

When these levels are reached one does not need modalities of knowledge, one has ALL knowledge, one has no need for the trappings of the Earth plane. IT IS NOT AN EASY TASK BEING A CHANNEL
There are many who ask me about my work and why I chose to work through my channel. I must say that she offered to work with me, rather than me with her. It is not an easy task being a channel. First one has to learn to listen to spirit and work with us, but one has to give up one's will to do so also.
The path for my channel to learn to work with me has not been easy, and still is not. The burden of carrying the weight of the work is heavy. She is working through karma from another incarnation by working with me. Not only does she have a very busy life dealing with the web site, but she also has to take an incredible amount of energy, each time she channels my energy. Margaret also has to retain her own individuality.
There are many who consider her flawed because she works with me, because she has her own ideas. It is important for her to have her own being, and to be different. Recently, we discussed the raising of the course fees. They have stayed the same for a number of years and Margaret did not want to raise the fees, she did not feel it was warranted.
We could see the need for the course fee increase, but could not let Margaret know because a scenario had to be played out, and it may not have happened, so we could not let her know in case it did not. It became necessary as we foretold, for the fees to be raised. You may think it strange that we take an interest in Earthly matters regarding the web site and costs incurred on this site.
But it is so important our message get out to the world, and there are those in the spiritual world who monitor the web site all of the time, and report back to us of the events of the site. Unlike myself who has ascended, Margaret has not yet. She chooses to live on the Earth plane, in a human body, and to perform a role, which is very difficult to do. Many of you would not last one Earth week if you were to do it. It requires great stamina. Do know that Margaret is not super-human, she is just human and goes through, like all of you, her times of being down, her own ideas and feelings and often has to give these away to work with me.

I am often asked, "Why can't you intervene in the wars and carnage on the Earth plane?" "Why can't you wave a wand and change things?" Believe me, I often wish I could. However, the structure of the Earth plane and the energy prevent me from doing so. It is impossible for me first of all to come into the physical realms. This is why I need channels to work through. My only regret about having channels is, many of the channels see me as they have read about me in past literature or as a "Jesus" type figure. I am nothing like it.
Many channels also make my words and instructions sound like biblical quotes or take them beyond what I have said. For instance many channels start their talks and writings with "My beloved". I can assure you, in the world of spirit, we do not communicate this way, and we never have done. Although, through some channels my energy is very powerful, it depends at what stage of vibration the channel is working from, as to the effect of that energy. Yes, the Master's do work through those on a lower vibration. Why should we not? We will work with anyone if they will allow us to do so.
Once we begin to work with them, they cannot avoid raising their vibration. I am thankful to Margaret and Peter who through the two of them, have seen through the illusion of what a Master should be, and allow me to express myself the way I am. They do not embellish my words in any way. I can hear you now asking, "But how can I work with you?" You can work with me. But in order to do so it is necessary for you to let go of your pre-conceived ideas of who and what the Masters are and allow us to come through and channel in our true energy, not the way you THINK it should be done.
We are not deities either, and are not to be placed on pedestals. We are no more than you are, as you would say on the Earth plane. Yes, we have earned the promotion and are now high up on the corporate ladder! It may surprise you to know that we make mistakes in the spiritual planes as well. Sometimes, we miscalculate our timing. We are not perfect either. There is one joint goal in the "Halls of the Masters" and it is to make the Earth plane as it is in spirit, a joyful, happy place where ego no longer exists.
A place where everyone can realize their talent and potential and where poverty, doubt, fear, lack is no longer present. This process will take much Earth time, as we cannot wave a magic wand to make this happen. It happens on an individual level, one by one - each person on the Earth plane changing their views. It is happening, slowly, but it is happening. As each Earth year passes, more and more people on the Earth plane desire change. You can instigate that change also by talking to people about the spiritual. Point out to them it is not about religion or holiness.
Being spiritual means being absolutely true to one's Higher Self, and recognizing the Self. When that is done, their thoughts and ideas will change, and then and only then will the Earth plane, move towards a better way. It is already happening, and it will continue to do so. YOU CAN STOP TRYING TO BE PERFECT
Once again I have the opportunity to write to you through my channel and make some words available to you. I was recently asked in one of the questions to the web site, why I do not come out and help with the peace efforts in the Middle East, as it is known.
I only wish I could. I know that I would have much to contribute, not only in the Middle East, but to all other places in the world that are experiencing trouble. It is those in authority who would have a problem with accepting me, for I must work through a channel. I have no physical body. This in itself is a phenomena that would be difficult for many to understand.
Humanity over the years has come to understand a lot more, the spiritual within themselves, but they are not yet ready for a voice different to that of the body it channels through, speaking to them of the positive with solutions for their problems.
That is why we have come to the Earth plane through our channels, to assist humanity to understand the spiritual part of themselves. For many years since the beginning of the 20th century, we have been working to open humanity up to the spiritual within themselves. Fifty Earth years ago there were very few people who knew of the spiritual. People had to meet in secret to meditate and develop spiritually. In many countries including England, it was against the law to be a medium or channel, as they are known today. How things have changed.
Today on the Earth plane, more and more people are wanting to find the spiritual part of themselves. Those searching include some very respected people. No longer do people have to meet in secret. There are some places where it is still necessary, but most of the time it is open to all. Due to many "false prophets", humanity has become wary of those who profess to channel.
However, those who do, and who enable we the Masters to speak our words through them, have gained excellent reputations. Their work is much sought after and respected. We are now working at bringing the spiritual to the corporate area, where the decisions are made and where we can reach those in the very high echelons of power. We do so not to gain power, but to say to them "There is another way than that you have known so far". We are only a few steps away from that happening.
All those of you who receive my newsletter have found something in my writings that speaks to your heart. It is this, which has brought you back to the web site again and again. You are also - all of you, channels for spirit. I can hear all of you saying "But how can we serve?" I will tell you how you can serve.
You can stop trying to be perfect. Perfection is striven for - it does not happen overnight. You can start to love yourself, for until you love yourself, you cannot work with us, and you cannot let our love into your soul.
That in itself is service. You can teach your friends that to be spiritual does not mean going without and changing one's life, that happens once you find the peace in your heart that spiritual development brings. Speak of the spiritual to your friends and family. Lastly, tell the Masters you wish to serve and very soon you will find yourself being led and guided to where you can serve. Removing all fear is one of the last items of all.
With no fear in your heart you can achieve so much. Forgive yourself also for all that you have done in the past, that you have considered to be wrong. You did not know any better at the time. Why persecute yourself for something that happened when you had less knowledge. Let go of this and move forward with the desire to be better the next time.
We are working desperately behind the scenes through mediators, UN people and others to bring peace to the Middle East and to other areas of the globe. However, I have said many times, until humanity learn of the spiritual part of themselves, they will never find peace. It is our desire that one day, every soul on the Earth plane will know of the spiritual within themselves. What a wonderful day that will be!
Do all you can to spread the word of the spiritual to all whom you meet. However do not feel you have wasted your time if they do not listen. Your words have gone into their subconscious. They may not be listened to intently for many years, but they will be there. The soul memory will never forget. Your prayers can help also, know that. CHANNELING SPIRIT AND BODY SIZE
I wish to give information about spiritual development and body size. You will notice there are two types of mediums, those who are very thin and those who are what humanity considers large in size. My channel for instance is a big woman. She needs to be this size to channel my energy. I have stated before in my writings, 'she takes many thousands of volts of energy each time she channels me'. If she were not the size she is, she would be worn out from nervous exhaustion.
For those who become mediums and channels, it is very necessary to be of a larger size. Yes, those who are thin can do it, BUT, they function on their nervous system and this over Earth time, is not good for their physical body! Most spiritual mediums retain water in their body; this water is used by us, just as you use water for electricity, we use water for energy in the body, to maintain our presence with you. TRUE mediums and healers who work with us, often have difficulty with their body size.
I know that my channel has tried many times to be what she terms as normal, but she will never be so. She cannot channel my energy, and take the amount of energy required, unless she has the fluid and the density of the weight.
When one becomes a channel, one's body becomes denser, heavier. All of those people are assigned a spirit doctor who monitors their heart rate and body fluids, watches over their health, and assists to keep the soul healthy and well. If there are health issues, then we are informed and we then find a way to alert the channel. The Earth plane has an obsession with body weight, yet all that matters to be healthy is to be happy, truly happy.
If one is happy, nothing can bother one in any way. Health is not a problem, and does not become one. Many channels are concerned when they put on weight when they begin to channel a Master. This is due to the need by the Master to channel through, and the need for fluid in the body to be used as energy. There are many instances of very large people on the Earth plane, living for very long lives.
They have done so because they have not bothered about their size, and have been happy and content in their being. If one is concerned about body size, then it is vanity, ego, which should be removed, because we cannot work with those who are obsessed with their health and body size. Let go of your concern and know you are doing it for us. This does not mean this statement is a license to eat all you want of the wrong foods; no, it is not. One should always try to eat the foods, which are healthy.
However, there are some who no matter how much they try, cannot be thin. Be happy in your body size; it is only the casing for your soul. In spirit you do not have that body. However, we need the size and the fluid to do our work. We cannot work with you unless we have that. We work better with those who are of a larger body size too rather than those who are very thin, because those who are very thin often have an anorexic look to them, and experience nervous exhaustion far more than those who carry weight. Embrace your larger body if you are a channel, know you sacrifice your vanity for your work, and be proud of that. Maitreya.

BEAUTY
I have mentioned in many communications about human kind each, having a different vibration. I write to you now about the subject of beauty and of it being within and not without. Many souls on the Earth plane are concerned about their beauty, whether they have the right body, a beautiful figure, too many facial lines, etc. and this applies to men as well as women. They cannot often see the beauty that is within - the beauty of the soul.
When you are at peace, and happy with yourself then one does not concern oneself with mundane thinking. The body that you have is only on loan for this lifetime and it is one you have chosen. The shape of your body, face and appearance is all due to genetic programming from many members of your families. Your soul however is not genetic, but is your own. Created from your own lessons, experiences and growth in the spiritual realms. When your soul is at peace you are at peace.
This manifests as a beautiful glow around the body, your energy is golden, it does not matter what you "look like" those who look at you see the face of God.
My channel Margaret often despaired because she carried extra weight, she was once very thin, but as she matured she gained weight. I have informed her that she could not take the energy of the spiritual world if she did not have some measure of protection. Thankfully, since raising her vibration, she has let go of the need to be "beautiful" externally, and has become beautiful internally.
The more you open to love and the Divine Energy, and deal with your blocks and fears, the more you can become a beautiful channel for the Divine Light, that golden beautiful light of God or the Divine Soul. Beauty then shines from within. The external part of you is not seen because of the beautiful vision from within. All those who come into your energy see that beauty, and cease to look at the external. They do not see your crooked nose, your body with extra weight, your blemishes and what you consider being flaws. All they see is the beauty of the Divine Soul or God. The desire for beauty is the desire of the Self.
Once you surpass that desire, once the Higher Self is attained through dealing with your own limitations, blocks, fears, desires, doubts, insecurities, then you can shine from within and all that shines is beauty, a golden light which then becomes radiant. Beauty is not without, only the Self sees that and complains. Beauty is within and when it is allowed to shine and come forth, then it can become a beautiful energy to see and to mirror for everyone else. Maitreya.

SURROGATES
Addressed to a student : I have watched with interest your transformation because of the past life you did with Peter, and felt that I should make comment about negative energy if that is what you call it. We refer to it as "repressed energy" in the world of spirit. There are some souls who come to the Earth plane to become clearing houses for repressed energy for souls who cannot clear it themselves. These souls are not many because the effort of clearing repressed energy can be quite exhausting on an individual soul, and can also cause effects of exhaustion.
It is these souls also, who channel from a higher energy than the Masters, they communicate and channel with the Divine Being who some call God. In order to take the energy of this being, and to absorb repressed energy, they are trained very hard and long on the spiritual path to see if they can carry such a burden. Such souls come into this life to also act as 'surrogates'.
In other words, if a soul knows that it cannot release past energy, because it has tried in many other lifetimes, it can be connected with a 'surrogate' who will merge with the energy of the person and take the pain, suffering, emotion, etc, out of the person.
Often they will cry for this soul, because the soul does not know how to do this, or cannot do it. This is the ONLY way to do it on the Earth plane. In spirit, it is removed automatically in the reception areas, and is what you would call 'recycled' into positive energy.
On the Earth plane, this is very difficult to do because of the density of the physical plane. You were one of those souls who asked for the help of a surrogate, and Peter who had been your father in a past life made the offer to help you in this life. He felt he let you down in the past life when you were his daughter, and so chose to appease his own soul by doing this for you in this lifetime. In order for this to be achieved, Peter and Margaret had to raise their vibration to a very high level, which shows itself in their talent and skill on an esoteric level.
Margaret removes the repressed energy so that souls may 'see'. You have a saying on the Earth plane which Margaret uses a lot, "Once I was blind, now I can see". Margaret takes the repressed energy into her own body from her students so that they may also 'see'. Unless they can have it removed, they stay in the dark!
Peter takes the energy through past life work and healing. Although they may be in pain and quite ill after seeing a soul who needs such assistance, they soon recover, and both of them have the most incredible energy for recovery. There are not many souls who will take on this work, because many fall by the wayside on the spiritual path of testing. The joy of seeing a soul vibrate to a higher level, for them is reward enough.
There are so many souls seeking assistance in becoming cleared of their darkness, but few souls who make it through the testing to assist them. There are many souls in the world who believe that repressed energy should not be absorbed into the body, that one can 'white light' it or send it into the Universe. I am communicating to you to inform you that this is not so. That SOME souls actually choose to take it into their being to assist those who cannot do it for themselves. I have been asked many times, "Master, why if you are the World Teacher, do you not speak all the languages of the Earth plane? Why in some cases do you need a translator?" Because I am pure spiritual energy, I do not have the normal consciousness of a soul on the Earth plane.
I am one with what you know as God or the Ultimate Being. That energy and we, the Masters, have no personality so to speak of. We are pure energy. It does not mean that we have no identity, but that we are not like the souls on the Earth plane, Ascended Beings are different energies.
Because we are ascended, we cannot function on the Earth plane unless we use a channel. That channel is trained and developed to take the force of our energy and to be the spokesperson for us. We have no vocabulary, in our spiritual world, there are no words spoken, because there are no physical bodies. Just the essence of energy.

WHITE LIGHT AND DARK ENERGIES
Question: I've been trying to develop an understanding of the White Brotherhood; and may be incorrectly identifying them with the "White Light" (?) I've simultaneously been aware of the need to trust in the white light, and the knowledge that All is light (and of the light) in God's Universe. How is it then, that a dark entity or dark force can exist; or that an individual on the Earth plane can unknowingly channel or be negatively affected by a dark entity or 'attachment'?
Answer: The Brotherhood are the Ascended Masters. They are also known as "The White Brotherhood". It is a collective of Ascended Masters. The Ascended Masters emit White Light in their energy. The dark force you write about (Linda) is the collective subconscious of the Self. It is the collective negative energy of the fear, doubt, low self esteem, etc, which is in every soul who has not raised their vibration to Higher Self level. It can exist and it does exist. It is an energy. Just as healers utilize the Brotherhood energy for healing and other spiritual work, so the dark energy invades all those who are in fear and doubt of themselves.
The 'attachments' you write about are souls who are in fear, or who have addictions or who are extremely wrapped in their own negative energy who do not want to leave the Earth plane, nobody can force them to leave either, it has to be a choice.
They are looking for assistance and help. Often they attach themselves to those like themselves with fear and addictions, at other times, they seek assistance to leave and attach themselves to those with the light bright within them. That is why we exhort you to use a prayer or incantation to protect yourself when you open to spiritual practices. They are drawn to the light, which shines bright within you, it is the energy of LOVE, and they are seeking help. If this happens, YOU then become filled with fear, as their darkness and fear penetrate your energy.
Souls can get lost then because the fear surrounds them and darkens the light. Only if a soul has reached a certain rate of vibration can they not be bothered by this phenomena. Only when humanity learns of the true meaning of spirituality, and lets go of fear, only then will the dark energy leave the Earth plane. WE CAN CHANGE AND THE WORLD WITH IT!
My channel was asked the other day "How can we change the world?" This is not an easy question to answer, because there is so much war and fighting in the world today, each side has their own truth. It is this factor that creates the problem. Humanity cannot change until it can understand the spiritual part of themselves, and the purpose of life.
The purpose of life is to move forward, away from old patterning and past life conditioning. To understand that there is a life after death, and that it is in this life after death where each soul will judge itself on the life it has lived. There is no God with a book waiting to denounce you and turn you away to the fires of hell. No, there is only you and your Guardian Spirit to see the reaping of a lifetime of life. It is then that the soul sees whether the reaping is for harvest or for famine. Humanity cannot change until it can understand and accept the belief system of another without judgment or without criticism.
Humanity cannot change until it can understand that those with a darker skin are just as equal as those with a white skin. The illusion of life, created by consumerism, also needs to change. Life does not come from a packet or a commodity, but from experience and learning. The illusion is that if you buy this product, or that item, your life will change. However, only YOU can change. Sometimes those around you will change also. But you are the one who has to instigate the change. Change on the Earth plane will come with tolerance, understanding, love, and learning about the law of metaphysics, what lies behind life.
So many on the Earth plane lack confidence in their talents and attributes. Yet each of you is born with a gift to use for earning your living. Not one soul is born without a gift. Humanity needs to learn how to find this talent and believe in it. Humanity cannot change until those who work in the light of positive energy and believe in spirit, go out there and teach the rest of humanity about their spirit.
So many of you have done many courses, studied long, yet you do not consider yourself qualified to teach others. My channel has taught over 400 souls about the meaning of life and of metaphysics since we in spirit created the course. Yet only half of those who have done the study, are using it to teach and heal others. They have allowed the Self to divert them and stop their progress.
We can use as many souls as we can in our effort to teach, what does it matter what experience you have, we will speak through you when we are ready, we just need you to BE ready. To offer yourself as a mouth piece. When you do that, we will send you those who need to hear the message. Humanity CAN change, and YOU, the soul reading this message can make a contribution to that change. A DIFFICULT ROAD
As many of you know, I do know what you are experiencing and what you are going through. Many times it is not easy for us to watch you suffering as you make the choices in your life for ease or for hardship. My channel Margaret has many times taken the difficult road, and for me personally, to watch her take the difficult road is not easy. You see, we are aware that she is human, and in a human body. To raise one's vibration to work with spirit is not an easy thing to do. It can lead to discomfort physically, and also means that one is continually on duty. It is what many choose to do though to work with us and help us on the Earth plane.
Often, we are the ones who tell Margaret to write a newsletter of her own about certain subjects. Often those subjects have to do with working with us and for us. Sometimes this may seem as if Margaret is complaining, but we have told her to write about a certain thing, we know that this subject and its message will trigger in you a certain response! We know you will read what is written and have a reaction!
It is all planned, Margaret is just the catalyst for that message, which she has often experienced herself during her training, or in her daily life. Thankfully, she listens to what we tell her, and despite her reservations about sending out such a newsletter or email, she follows our instructions to the letter. It never ceases to amaze her at the response, usually very positive, you give to what has been posted on the web site or sent in an email.
Many times you write and inform Margaret how YOU have gone through such a situation and how wonderful it is to know someone else has gone or is going through it too. It brings comfort to many. Often, we are the ones who tell Margaret to write a newsletter of her own about certain subjects. Often those subjects have to do with working with us and for us. Sometimes this may seem as if Margaret is complaining, but we have told her to write about a certain thing, we know that this subject and its message will trigger in you a certain response! We know you will read what is written and have a reaction!
It is all planned, Margaret is just the catalyst for that message, which she has often experienced herself during her training, or in her daily life. Thankfully, she listens to what we tell her, and despite her reservations about sending out such a newsletter or email, she follows our instructions to the letter. It never ceases to amaze her at the response, usually very positive, you give to what has been posted on the web site or sent in an email.

BALANCE IN ONE'S LIFE
There has to be balance in your life. Without balance your life can become stressful. What is balance? Balance is where you do not feel stressed.
You have on the Earth plane created quite a stress factory. You created your machines to make life easier for you, but often, these machines make you their slaves. Do not get me wrong, were it not for the computer and its creation, I would not be able to communicate in this way. However, one has to have balance in one's life if one is to live on the Earth plane today.
The Photon Belt energy is having a large effect on much of civilization. With less hours in the Earth day, there never seems enough time to get things done. This situation will last until the year 2012, when it will change. For those on the spiritual path, they even more so, need to have balance in their life. My previous newsletter was about communing with nature - this is very important. However, it is not as important as having balance.
Take time for yourself. It is most important that you have time, where you do the things you enjoy. Whether that be sitting with friends in a café, walking by the river, fulfilling hobbies, or learning new things. Take some time out of your busy life for YOU. If you do not do so you become very out of balance. Even those in religious orders take time out for laughter and play.
At least one day of the Earth week should be spent in doing something for you! By doing this, you have a balance between work and play. If you can take two days, well and good, but time must be taken to find balance.
When my channel and I started working together, she was of the opinion that she should have no time for herself, she deemed, because of who I was, that she should dedicate herself to the work, and to me. Very soon she was out of balance, stressed, and found that because of this fact, she could not communicate with me. When one is stressed, all communication with the world of spirit ceases. We need you to be happy, in balance, in order to work with you.
Finally, we had to communicate through her friend, another channel, to inform her that this was happening. Take time for you and you will have time for spirit. Allow yourself one or two days of pleasure, whatever your pleasure may be. You will then be in balance. Maitreya.
